Avestar is working very diligently to keep everyone informed of any changes.

The Main office will remain appointments only along with the loan departments, at bothMarshall and Waterloo. We will keep the lobbies open in both Piggly Wiggly and Marshall.

Do you have a change jar at home that is getting full? The coin counter at the Marshall location is working; bring them inside. The staff will run them through the coin counter for you. We still prefer to do transactions at the drive-thru, but we also understand at times, you would rather access the lobby.

Avestar wants to keep our members and staff's health and safety in mind during this time. Please remember masks are required. Also, respect all employees and members of their space; social distance as much as possible.

Keep in mind the convenient and useful tools you have access to through our home and mobile banking. Bill pay, picture pay, remote deposit, transfer funds, or looking up account balances (even for your loan or special savings). We're so happy to be able to offer you so many useful ways to access your account at Avestar Credit Union. If you are not signed up for some of these great options, please give us a call, and we'll be happy to get you started.

We are almost there! WISCONSIN is opening and so must we.

Here we go again!

I wish I could say we are fully open but, with all of the new cases and the numbers going up every day in Wisconsin, I believe that will be a while. I guess there are many things I wish for and we all know they don't all come true.

We will keep the lobbies open in both Piggly Wiggly and Marshall.

The Main office will remain appointments only.

The loan department at both Marshall and Waterloo will be by appointments only. Face Masks are required.

We still prefer to do transactions at the drive-thru but we also understand at times you prefer the lobby. Please try to respect all employees and members of their space; social distance as much as possible.

On a different note: Avestar will have our Virtual Annual Meeting on August 12th. We are still working out the details but we will get them out to you as soon as we can.

Avestar Credit Union will open the Marshall lobby on July 1st. The Piggly Wiggly location is open, both the drive-thru and lobby. The main office will remain accessible by appointment only until further notice.

Please remember we are all 'safer at home' and keep a good distance from other members. If your transaction can be completed through the drive up, please continue to do so. Everything you have been doing for the past 100 days can still be completed at the drive-thru. If you must enter the Main Office or Marshall lobbies, we require that you wear a facemask.

Transactions that can be completed online include: account inquires, Bill pay, transfers, and remote deposit.

Again, we THANK YOU for your patience and good attitudes. We at Avestar, hope you all stay safe.

Branch Lobbies Temporarily CLOSED. Drive-ups OPEN.

Thank you for your membership at Avestar Credit Union. During the past few months, many changes have taken place. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we have adjusted our service to keep you the member and our employees safe and continue to meet your financial needs during this unprecedented time.

Branch lobbies will remain closed until the end of June for the health and safety of everyone. We're still here and ready to help you with all of your financial needs. We know that with the lobbies closed for transactions, our drive-thrus can be busy. In addition to handling transactions, our drive–thrus are also being utilized for loan closings and DMV services. Please be assured we are working as fast as we can to process your transactions.

We encourage you to utilize our online banking, mobile app, and ATMs for your routine needs. You can deposit a check from your phone anytime, anywhere. See our website for easy steps and instructions.

We know many of you are facing financial difficulties and we're here to help by phone or by appointment. If you have any questions about any of our services, please reach out.

Wisconsin financial institutions understand the importance of stable and uninterrupted delivery of important financial services, such as access to money and credit, during this time of crisis.

That is why Avestar Credit Union remains open for business and will continue to be available to meet the financial needs of our members. State and federal regulations require us to be prepared for situations like pandemics, with tested and proven business continuity plans and procedures that ensure we continue to serve our local communities during difficult times. The most important thing for the public to understand is that your money is safe and sound at Avestar. Deposit insurance covering at least $250,000 per person ensures the security of our members funds.

Regarding physical wellness, members may notice slight changes at Avestar, such as drive-through only access with extended hours, or the need to schedule an appointment. Avestars' safety measures are designed to protect the health of employees and members while providing continuous access to financial resources.

On April 20, 2020, Gov. Tony Evers announced Wisconsin's "Badger Bounce Back" plan which outlines important criteria for Wisconsin to be able to reopen its economy in phases and includes steps to make sure workers and businesses are prepared to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

Badger Bounce Back is all about: our resilience as a people and as a state. While being safe at home continues to be important, this plan is an all-out attack on the virus and it begins the process of preparing our businesses and our workforce for the important planning that will result in the safe and logical reopening of our economy.

The Badger Bounce Back plan is informed in part by the President's Guidelines for Opening Up America Again that was issued by the White House on April 16, 2020. Currently, Wisconsin does not meet the criteria the White House established to start reopening our state. The Badger Bounce Back plan takes important steps to get the state of Wisconsin there.

In preparation for this, Avestar Credit Union is following steps to get our lobbies ready to reopen. While everyone is getting anxious to get out of the house, Avestar is getting excited to have you back in our lobbies. Until that time comes, please continue safe social distancing.
